Seminar/Workshops/Courses are a great opportunity for everyone, member or non-member, to meet and train with Lucas Castrounis and his students of the Reading Academy ranging from senior students who started the system with Lucas back in 1995 right through to new comers and good beginners.All the workshops are open to everyone regardless of experience or lineage; beginners and non-members are welcome.
Saturday & Sunday 6th & 7th March
Two days Kali & Wing chun seminar
- The first day based on: Kali Eskrima with single & double sticks.
- Second day based on: Wing Chun boxing techniques, pounces combinations on focus mats, counter/attack, trapping, footwork, kicks and on arm locks.
Friday 16th Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th July
3 Days intensive join Seminar/course with Franco Regalzi & Lucas Castrounis.
- 8th international annual summer Wing Chun seminar
- Based on: Introduction, theory and applications of the wooden dummy, Forms & applications of the long pole and butterflies knives, Theory & practice Chi-Sao.
Sunday 3rd October
One day Wing Chun seminar /course: Chum Kiu Form
- Based on: Depth details and theory of the Cham Kiu second form of the system with applications to Chi-Sao training.
- Start: 11am till 6pm.
